This is the one i came across from one random blogger-Russelite. I really think this is kinda of cool

For many, summer is the time for wedding bells, rustling silk and happy brides and grooms. Like people, words can also tie the knot.

1. Dillydally - to waste time in hesitation; dawdle; if they dillydally, someone will buy the house. Reduplication of dally (to trifle with).

2. Gridlock - traffic jam; impasse; they were caught in a traffic jam

3. Namby-Pamby - wishy-washy; without moral strength; originally the satirical writing of Ambrose Philips, an 18th century English poet known for his sentimental writing.

4. Counterpoint - combination of independent melodies into a harmonious whole; Latin contra- (against) and punctum (dot).

5. Blindside - to take unawares; attack from unexpected source; the linebacker came in to blindside the quarterback.

6. Nettlesome - irritating; troublesome; the nettlesome subway distracted the writer.

7. Dumbfound - to shock; render speechless; he was dumbfounded by what he saw.

8. Bushwhack - to clear a path by cutting undergrowth; to ambush; their expedition sometimes bushwhacked for miles.

9. Skinflint - stingy or miserly person. Figuratively, one who would skin a flint in order to save or gain something.

10. Flimflam - deception, especially involving skillful persuasion; reduplication of flam (deceptive trick); the movie was about an elaborate flimflam.

11. Leeway - Flexibility; safety margin; with 15 minutes leeway we can reach the plane.

12. Hamstring - to disable; frustrate; old English hamm (bend of knee) and streng (rope); they tried to hamstring reform

13. Forgo - to do without; give up something; the doctor decided to forgo the fee of the poor pauper.

14. Makeshift - substitute; temporarily expedient; the school was makeshift housing for evacuees.

15. Foreshadow - to indicate; be a sign of something to come; their victory foreshadowed the end of the war.

16. Belabor - to harp on; discuss something endlessly; he belabored his appeal on animal act welfare.

17. Bailiwick - area of special skills; knowledge or authority; Middle English baili (deputy sheriff) and wik (village); Christina Aguilera’s bailiwick is soul music.

18. Forestall - to prevent or hinder by doing something in advance; she stated her side of the story to forestall misjudgments.

19. Pyrotechnics - fireworks display; a dazzling show of wit or brilliance; Greek pyr (fire) and techne (art); The pyrotechnics of saxophones.

20. Forthright - frank; straightforward; Barrack Obama was forthright about his platforms.

i thought my life was going as planned

parallel, congruent & right

until i met you
my supplement,
my perfect square.
but now i don't seem to know acute from obtuse

rather than the Pythagorean theorem
our lives are perpendicular
each point has lead to our our intersection
i hope you can see through my skewed logic
and realize the potential of our congruent love.

As the Clock strike 12am....

Usually when the time strike 12 am in the morning, i would be working hard on my university homework, the night is still considered young. Today is different, today is the day i was being born and live for 25 years. As the digital clock of mine flick and change to 12:00 am , is the day i turn 25. In this high advance century we are in now, i received emails of notifications of the birthday greetings from my dear friends on facebook, followed by the skype messages and text messages from my mobile phone. I love reading every little greetings from my dear good friends which create a light and warmth in my heart. Thank you so much for all the greetings, i really love and enjoy it. 

Well today is the day when my agent dropped by to our apartment for inspection. i took Trio and myself to the fire escape stair and hide while the agent inspected our apartment. we hid all the evidences and traces of the existence of the dogs living in our place. Michelle pop by my place and gave me an intersting and delicious chocolate cake which is really nice. Thanks girl...

Heading to university was interesting as in the middle of our tutorial, fire alarm was ringing and we had to evacuate the Architecture building. Our laser cutter machine in FAB lab is over heated and burning and the whole Fab Lab is flooded with the water from the sprinkler. My class ended rather early.

My friends and i went to hoyts at Melbourne Central to catch Final Destination 4 which is rumoured to be the last sequel movie for good apparently. i find the 3d movie rather cool compared to the past, rather gruesome with our 3D spec. People with motion sickness might considered not to watch 3d  movie. Adelle, Kk, choon and Joel, you guys are awesome to watch that with me especially Joel hehe lol, i know u have phobia watching horror show... :)

We have an enjoyable dinner at Yamato Japanese Restaurant which is really cool as KK kinda of have a korean friend working there and gave us special service lol.... KK u really have the way to charm girls yea... :)

We headed off to Humming Bird bar for drinks along russell street where i have to walk past my site for design... It is an interesting bar to chill out except for some walking smoking-chimney. Victoria got me two interesting shots which are really sweet with sensual names. Victoria, she is like my little younger sis who knows a lots of drinks and happy go lucky personality which brighten my day all the time even when i am feeling lost. Thanks girl.  

Well after the drinks, bidding goodbye and goodnight to all of them. i headed home intending to write the blog on the movie, and getting ready to shower and read my bible before i sleep. All my friends are so busy with their design studio and tired with their submission today. i would rather keep my birthday quiet than to deprive them from their sleep more. They gave me a most incredible surprise and breathtaking birthday cake and sang me a birthday song when i was about to head to the bathroom to shower with trio and my ipod. Thank you, Ant Bro i know you must have planned all these thru your busy time and i enjoy it. Anqi, terence and Gilbert, thank you so much, i know you guys just slept at 4pm in the afternoon yesterday. I hope you all have a good rest. Brandon thank you for always being in class guiding me in my ES and design whenever i am stucked and coming by to celebrate my birthday.

i took photos with them and cut the cake. We sat down chit chat and bitch about Ant's Lecturer and topic is rather random, they talked about the programs of rhino and stuff yara yara.... sitting there listening to their conversation is cherry on top of a cake. i like to sit there and talking and look at their expression which is really amazing. Trio is a bit AS (anti -social ) sleeping on my bed.

I am contented with everything i have had. I really appreciate every greetings, everything all my dear good friends have done today to celebrate my birthday and mark a smile and joy in me deeply. i am going to thank all of you in online sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

Dear God,

i am thankful for my 25 years of life which i was being born till now and the years to come. Thankful to all the good friends who you have given me. I am thankful for everything and everyone in my life. It is enough and i am contented. Thank you Lord, please guide me in my life the way you want me to lead. I am
