Banana Cake Recipe

Baking is the greatest and fun thing in Melbourne to do. Melbourne has all the different seasons and temperature in one day. If i have an oven back in Singapore, i will do baking too irregardless of the weather.  it is the art of cooking that is a beauty. The first attempt is usually not very satisfying..

Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients : 2 Tablespoon butter/Margarine

                        1 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 11/2 cup Self Raising Flour, 3 ripe mashed banana (medium

                         size), 2 tablespoon milk

Method : -Cream butter and Sugar.

                 -Add beaten egg & Mashed Bananas & other ingredients. Lastly milk.

                - I love nuts especially pine buts, nuts lover can add in walnuts in it too... :)

                -Baked it on greased tin / put baking paper (aka butterpaper) on it for approx 35 mins

                  for 180 degrees.

I am going to make it this weekend again with more butter and with butter paper... :P ok bed time tired... alrd pass my sleeping time...  good night... Mlebourne CUp day tomorrow, I am betting on my horse 4, 5, ,7 and 21..... with my colleagues and boss... Run my dear horse  run....

Been reading on news on the world economic crisis, there is a total of 300 architects being laid of within the past 2 months in Melbourne in all the big firms. I  am appalled by what i read on newspaper but i know this is just a temporary. Bugger the rent increase has gone totally absurd over here, I have been looking for all apartments all over for the past few  weeks. The bugger rude agents are really a waste of space, they lost their basic courtesy of service.... I hate the design of apartment in australia, why must the other room be without window.. bugger really pain the ass... what kinda of shit design is that and it cost like $480 per week without furnished..
